Terms of Use
These terms cover the PAYSTOA website and web demo while PAYSTOA prepares for launch. When the app launches, we will publish separate account, card and payment terms and ask you to accept them.
1. Who we are
The PAYSTOA website at paystoa.com (the “Site”) is operated for users outside the Republic of Korea by BUKCS PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (“we”, “us”). Users in Korea are covered by the Korean 이용약관 of Bukcs.com Co., Ltd.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. The Site and the demo
- The Site introduces PAYSTOA, offers a demo of the app and lets you contact us.
- The demo is a simulation. Amounts, merchants, benefits and rates shown in it are samples, and no real payment, top-up or transfer takes place.
- Information on the Site describes our plans before launch and may change. PAYSTOA does not provide payment, stored value or remittance services until the required licences and partnerships are in place. Nothing on the Site is an offer of financial services.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with the Site, including automated mass access or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities;
- copy, distribute or modify Site content or the PAYSTOA marks without our permission, or impersonate us;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the design, text, logos, demo screens and the PAYSTOA name on the Site.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its availability or accuracy.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on pre-launch information, except where caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
